Can you assist me with completing my order online?

Can you a help me find what I am looking for online?

Absolutely, we would love to help! SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

We can advise on approximate delivery times based on if you are ordering from Canada or the United States. Please visit our shipping and returns guide here. 

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free shipping on all orders above $60 and on orders below $60 you can see the shipping rates here.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to North America - Canada and the United States.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

There is no signature required on delivery!

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

How do I start my return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?

Online returns are processed within 3 business days of the items being received by the MODU Atelier team. Once the return is approved you will be notified by email with the refund details.  

MY ORDER

How do I find my order number?

Your order number will be in the Order Confirmation email you receive after you complete your purchase. The order number will be in the subject of the email as well as in the body. If you are part of the MODU Atelier collective, login into your account (by clicking login in the top right hand corner of any screen) and you will see all of your orders there.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please note that we cannot change or redirect packages that have been processed or shipped, this includes order cancellations.

What payment methods do you accept?

All of our payment methods are outlined in the footer of each page - in the bottom left corner. We also accept gift cards for MODU Atelier as a form of payment.

GIFTS

Can I have my order gift-wrapped + sent with a gift receipt?

The packing slip that is included in all MODU Atelier packages doesn't have pricing as all of the receipts with prices are available through your MODU Atelier Account (create one/or login in the top right hand corner of your page by pressing login) or on your Order Confirmation email. That way, if you are sending a gift, the recipient will have the ability to see the order number and the details of the order, without the prices.

Our products come in beautiful, sustainable packing. We do not offer gift wrapping services however we believe that our current packaging will add a little joy to the recipient of the gift.

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer gift cards in increments of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250 here. If there is an increment you are looking for, and it is currently not offered, please reach out to us via chat or email and we would be happy to help.

Can you help me find the perfect gift?

The team at MODU Atelier would be so happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for and answer any questions you may have. We also offer gift guides that can help you based on the price point you are looking for - gifts under $20 (also the perfect add-on to a larger ticket item), gifts under $50, or gifts under $100.
