- For US orders, Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges
Regular priced items and items discounted upto 20% in original condition with original tags and receipts are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept refunds for any in-store purchased items. Any items discounted over 20% off will be final sale.
As of Nov 3rd,2023 your purchase will be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days. Gift purchase will be allowed for exchange only until Jan 4th, 2024. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted November 24th, December 26th or December 27th due to high volume of requests during that time.
Returns are accepted on regular priced items and items discounted upto 20%. Items must be sent back to us within 10 days of delivered date. All items must be shipped back in their original condition. They cannot be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their cost. Any items discounted over 20% will be final sale (no returns or exchange).
Please note that customers are required to cover any costs including shipping and duties or custom fees that may incurred on a return.
Please send an email to hello@moduatelier.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to send back and whether you would like to return, exchange or have a store credit. We will assess your request and provide further instructions for return as soon as possible.
If you wish to ship the return back to us using the carrier of your choice, please let us know.
All self-care products and all sale items discounted over 20% are considered final sale and are NOT eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that customers are required to cover any costs including shipping and duties or custom fees that may incurred on a return. Modu Atelier is not responsible for any return items lost in transit. Any refunds to your original method of payment will be processed within 10 business days of return receipt.

If you have received an item from MODU Atelier as a gift, you can return it (assuming you are in compliance with our return policy) and store credit will be applied to your MODU Atelier account. If you are not already a registered MODU Atelier customer, you can create an account online or contact customer care at hello@moduatelier.com.
Store credit will only be issued in CAD currency. We will issue the equivalent value in CAD at the time of the original purchase. Available store credit will be displayed during the checkout process and can be applied to your next order.
All special orders and items that are made to order are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
